We used strawberry homes in our final year of uni and we couldn’t fault them. Whenever we had an issue they sent someone the same day usually to check and would get in sorted so quickly. The staff always replied to emails same day or next day and were very helpful. They send a good checklist for when you move out also which is very good. If we weren’t all in our final year we would have definitely booked with them again and one of our housemates actually did!

Me and 3 others stayed at one of their properties for 7 months this year. From the beginning, any problems we had with the flat were solved quickly, and they were always very responsive to emails and calls about the issues we had with the property. Had no problem with moving out and getting deposits back either, and they were very helpful and understanding with all queries! A good experience overall 🙂

Thanks for an Amazing Year!!! Strawberry has been an amazing letting office to work with, I just wish you had properties closer to town so we could be with you again!
